These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application and its related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. Use of the Application

The application provides tools for scanning, reading, creating, generating, saving, organizing, and managing QR codes and barcodes.

Features may include:

• QR code scanning
• Barcode scanning
• Scanning from photos and files
• Batch scanning
• QR and barcode generation
• QR code customization
• Scan history
• Favorites
• Sharing and exporting
• Creating codes for text, URLs, contacts, Wi-Fi, email, phone numbers, SMS, locations, events, social profiles, and other supported content

Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If you use the application on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the information and content you scan, create, generate, save, or share using the application.

You agree not to use the application to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Create or distribute fraudulent or deceptive content
• Facilitate unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Distribute malicious or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Engage in activities that are unlawful or prohibited

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and safety of information obtained from QR codes, barcodes, websites, or other sources.

4. QR Codes and Barcodes

QR codes and barcodes may contain links or information provided by third parties.

We do not control or guarantee the content, security, accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party websites, services, products, or information accessed through scanned codes.

You should exercise appropriate caution before opening links, downloading files, providing personal information, or making payments through content obtained from a QR code or barcode.

5. Camera, Photos, Contacts, and Calendar

Certain features require access to device permissions, including:

• Camera
• Photos
• Contacts
• Calendar
• Face ID or other supported device authentication

These permissions are requested only when required for the relevant functionality.

You may disable permissions through your device settings, but doing so may prevent certain features from functioning.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The application may offer subscriptions and other paid features through Apple's App Store.

Available plans may include monthly, annual, lifetime, or other purchase options displayed within the application.

Subscription prices, billing periods, and available features are presented before purchase.

Payment is processed by Apple through your App Store account.

7. Automatic Renewal

Where a subscription is offered as an automatically renewing subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within the period specified by Apple before the current subscription expires.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Deleting the application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

8. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If a free trial or promotional offer is available, its eligibility, duration, price, and terms will be displayed before you subscribe.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible subscriptions may automatically convert to a paid subscription after the promotional period ends.

You are responsible for canceling the subscription before the applicable renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

9. Restore Purchases

Where supported, you may use the Restore Purchases functionality to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account.

Restoration is subject to Apple's systems, purchase records, and applicable subscription conditions.

10. Refunds

Payments and refunds for purchases made through Apple's App Store are subject to Apple's applicable policies and procedures.

We do not directly process or control Apple's payment system.

Requests for refunds may need to be submitted through Apple.

11. RevenueCat

Subscription and entitlement functionality may be supported by RevenueCat.

RevenueCat may process information necessary to manage purchases, subscriptions, and entitlements.

Your use of subscription functionality is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

12. Advertising

The application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.

Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings, consent choices, applicable laws, and the configuration of advertising services.

We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or claims made by third-party advertisers.

13. Intellectual Property

The application, including its software, design, interface, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by law or these Terms, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce the application
• Modify or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Distribute or commercially exploit the application
• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

14. User-Generated Content

You retain responsibility for content that you create, scan, generate, save, or share through the application.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use such content.

We do not claim ownership of your personal content merely because you use the application's scanning or generation features.

15. Third-Party Services

The application may integrate with third-party services, including Apple services, Google services, advertising providers, analytics services, subscription-management services, and other third-party technologies.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or policies of third-party services.

16. Availability and Updates

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the application at any time.

We may release updates that:

• Add new features
• Improve performance
• Fix bugs
• Change existing functionality
• Address security issues
• Modify or remove features

You agree that updates may be necessary for continued use of certain features.

17. Disclaimer

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The application will always be available
• The application will operate without interruption
• All QR codes or barcodes will be recognized correctly
• Scanned information will always be accurate
• Generated codes will work with every third-party scanner
• Third-party websites or services will remain available
• The application will be completely free from errors or security vulnerabilities

You should independently verify important information obtained through the application.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the application.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or damages resulting from third-party content, websites, services, advertisements, or links accessed through the application.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the application if you materially violate these Terms or use the application in an unlawful or abusive manner.

You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that, by their nature, should continue after termination.

20. Privacy

Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, and processed.

By using the application, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the Last Updated date will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the application after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or authorities.
