End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of the application ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your use of the mobile application and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not download, install, or use the application.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the application on Apple devices that you own or control for personal, lawful purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the application or any intellectual property rights to you.

2. Ownership

The application, including its software, source code, design, user interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted under this EULA are reserved.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the application to:

  • Scan QR codes and barcodes
  • Generate QR codes and barcodes
  • Scan codes from photos or files
  • Create and customize supported codes
  • Save and organize scan history
  • Manage favorites
  • Export or share generated content
  • Use other features made available within the application

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the application complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Restrictions

You may not, except where expressly permitted by applicable law:

  • Copy or reproduce the application
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the application
  • Modify or create derivative works based on the application
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Attempt to access the application's source code
  • Circumvent security or technical restrictions
  • Use the application to distribute malicious or unlawful content
  • Use the application to infringe the rights of another person or organization
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

5. User Content

You remain responsible for any information or content that you scan, create, generate, save, export, or share using the application.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use such content.

We do not obtain ownership of your content merely because you use the application's features.

6. QR Codes and Barcodes

The application may process information contained in QR codes and barcodes.

QR codes and barcodes may direct you to third-party websites, services, applications, products, or other content.

We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, security, availability, or legality of third-party content.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying content before interacting with external websites, making payments, downloading files, or providing personal information.

7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features may require a subscription or one-time purchase.

Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

Available pricing, subscription periods, and features will be displayed before purchase.

8. Automatic Renewal

If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account may be charged for renewal within the period specified by Apple before the current subscription expires.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Deleting the application does not automatically cancel a subscription.

9. Restore Purchases

Where available, you may restore eligible purchases using the application's Restore Purchases functionality.

Restoration is subject to Apple's purchase records and applicable policies.

10. Refunds

Purchases made through Apple's App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies and procedures.

We do not directly process payments made through Apple's App Store.

Refund requests may need to be submitted directly to Apple.

11. Third-Party Services

The application may use third-party technologies and services, including:

  • Apple App Store and StoreKit
  • Google AdMob
  • Google Firebase
  • RevenueCat
  • Other services required to operate and improve the application

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and requirements.

Your use of third-party services may therefore be subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Advertising

The application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising providers.

Advertising functionality may involve the processing of certain device or usage information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and your consent choices.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party advertisers.

13. Updates and Changes

We may provide updates to the application from time to time.

Updates may include:

  • Bug fixes
  • Security improvements
  • Performance improvements
  • New features
  • Changes to existing functionality
  • Removal or modification of features

You agree that certain features may require you to install the latest version of the application.

14. Privacy

Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the application.

15. Disclaimer of Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The application will always be available
  • The application will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • All QR codes or barcodes will be successfully recognized
  • Generated codes will work with every third-party scanner
  • Scanned information will always be accurate
  • Third-party services or websites will remain available
  • The application will be completely free from security vulnerabilities

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the application.

This may include loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or damages resulting from third-party content or services.

Nothing in this EULA limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.

You may terminate this EULA at any time by deleting the application from your devices.

We may terminate or suspend your license if you materially violate this EULA.

Upon termination, you must stop using the application and delete it from your devices.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

18. Apple as a Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.

Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary, to the extent permitted by Apple's applicable terms.

19. Apple App Store Terms

Your use of the application must also comply with the applicable terms and conditions of the Apple App Store and Apple Media Services.

Apple is not responsible for:

  • Maintenance or support of the application
  • Warranty obligations related to the application
  • Addressing claims relating to the application
  • Handling claims that the application infringes third-party intellectual property rights

These responsibilities remain with the developer to the extent required by applicable law.

20. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time.

When changes are made, the Last Updated date will be updated.

Your continued use of the application after the updated EULA becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this EULA shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.
